Check out the video from 2008 to catch a glimpse of what you can expect. Swan Festival of Lights 2010 promises to be bigger and better than previous years.

“Since 2008, the Swan Festival of Lights has been setting the Perth foreshore alight with a multitude of colours, rhythms and flavours. As a smoke and alcohol-free event, the Festival is organised by the non-profit organisations The Temple of Fine Arts and Annalakshmi Cultural Centre of WA. Using the theme of ‘light’ as the unifying concept, the Festival celebrates Western Australia’s cultural diversity through dance, music, cultural demonstrations and cuisine.”- Swan Festival of Lights
