Terms & Conditions for Farmstay

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm booking and full payment is to be paid on date of tour. One week notice must be given for booking number changes.

Dates closed: Boxing Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Good Friday and Sundays.

Cancellation policy

Leisure and General Public
From time of booking up to 1 month from departure: full refund, less an admin fee of $30.
From 1 month to 1 week from departure: 50% of deposit will be refunded, 50% is non-refundable.
6 days or less from departure: 100% of deposit is non-refundable.

A minimum of 20 students is required for two nights.
School camps are available Mon-Wed, Wed-Fri or any four nights.
A deposit of 15% is required upon confirmation of booking.
Remaining payment must be made seven days prior to your school camp.
